Being in Germany isn't ideal as an Aussie boy who loves surfing BUT just a five hour drive (4 and 1/2 if you sit at 180 for most of it) away from Köln is Europes only wave pool Sadly on this trip I didn't get the time to surf the Munich Eisbach wave because a single night in Munich already cost 400€ • but NEXT time I'm going for sure! Who lives around there and wants to surf it with me sometime next month?
